Policy & Procedure

The EduCareer – Group of Health Institutes offers admission in its various academic programs as per policy of regulatory bodies. Admission to all programs is based on merit and potential for leadership. 

Merit

Merit will be assessed by several criteria including:

  • Scholastic achievements
  • Performance in Admissions/Aptitude Test
  • Interviews
  • Productive use of time at the institute.
  • Other experiences indicating potential for leadership.

*  All applicants who are seeking for the admission for the first time at EduCareer will be required to follow standard admission procedure including:

Fill the Form with required details correctly:

Filing of properly filled out application form with all required and supporting documents (Scan color copy of all documents) like:

  • Filled Admission Application Form
  • Undertaking
  • CNIC/B. Form
  • Passport Size Photo
  • Father CNIC
  • Mother CNIC
  • Domicile
  • Highest Degree, Transcripts, etc.
  • Mark sheets & Certifications.

 

Payment of application processing fee
Payment of all dues Payment of all dues including admission and registration fee when accepted for admission
Verification of credentials from relevant boards
Admission eligibility factors:
  • Merit to every student irrespective of nationality
  • Gender
  • Ethnic background
  • Creed
  •  Socio-economic status.
  • Other factors.
Overseas Applicants:

The institute welcomes applicants from Overseas. Such students shall have to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Government of Pakistan and Higher Education Commission Islamabad along with their documents.

All admissions shall remain provisional:

All admissions shall remain provisional till verification of relevant academic documents and removal of deficiency, if any. A nominal fee can be charged for verification of academic documents. A-Level qualified applicants must provide IBCC Equivalence Certificate.

Who can apply?

Candidates in Pakistan or overseas, who have successfully completed or are completing their HSC, HSSC, Graduation, Post-Graduation education and meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant program as indicated by institute.

Provisional Admission:

The institute will accept admission applications for the recommended programs from candidates who will be in waiting of results. All such applications will be evaluated for admission on a provisional basis.

 
About Forward applications:

The institute does not carry forward applications from one year to the next. 

 
* Important Note

The EduCareer reserves the right to admission, to revoke admission and registration if an application form is discovered to be inaccurate or incomplete, or if supporting documents are discovered to be fraudulent.

 
Program Transfer:

A student registered in a program may not be transferred to another program in the Institute until he/she has obtained the permission from the Director.

Registration Policy:

A student seeking admission in a program at the institute shall register himself/herself with the regulatory body within the dates notified for registration, failing which he/she shall not be allowed to appear in the internal and board/ council/ University examinations and his/her admission may be cancelled. 

Transfer Students:

The determination of acceptability of credit for course work completed at another recognized institute is made solely at the discretion of the EduCareer.

 
Transfer Procedure:

All prospective transfer students must complete the requirements of the institute.

 
 
Undertaking

A student admitted to any program at the EduCareer shall submit an undertaking to the effect that he/she would abide by the EduCareer Regulations and Rules, and the Code of Conduct. The undertaking shall be made on a stamp paper of Rs.100.
