If there is evidence that students have breached or broken the student Code of Conduct, the ‘Student Disciplinary Procedure’ will be used.

Misconduct is behavior that:

interferes with the safe functioning of the Institute/College or of those who study, work or teach in the institute/College,

otherwise damages the institute/College or its reputation,

constitutes a criminal offence

In the event of a serious breach, criminal misconduct, or where it is believed that the health, safety or welfare of others may be jeopardised by the continuing presence of a person or persons they will be suspended or withdrawn from the Institute/college admissions register immediately.

  • Disruption of, or improper interference with, the academic, administrative, sporting, social or other activities of the school/college.
    Obstruction of, or improper interference with, the functions, duties or activities of any student, member of staff, or visitor of the Institution.
  • Misuse or unauthorized use of Institute/college premises.
    Failure to disclose personal details to a member of staff of EduCareer in circumstances in which it is reasonable to require that such information be given.
  • Breaches of any codes or regulations adopted by the Institution (e.g. Library or ICT room learning regulations).

  • Male students must not wear cap, hat, unauthorized belt, bandana, boots and other fancy accessories within the Institute/college premises
    Individuals bringing vehicles, cars, motorcycles onto Institute/College premises must observe parking and speed restrictions and drive with care and consideration for others.

    Behavior that contravenes the EduCareer ‘Student Code of Conduct ‘will be dealt with through the ‘Student Disciplinary Procedure’.

Male students wear black color paint, grey color shirt, white appron and female students wear grey trouser and shirt with white appron which look decent, neat and clean look but white apron is necessary to wear during institute timings. Wrinkled cloths or disheveled at EduCareer are not permitted.

Students violating dressing may be fined up to RS.1000 and will not be allowed to sit in the class.

Smoking /Drinking/Eating

Institute shall be smoke free zone ,Rs 2000 will be fined if found smoking, drinks and eatable shall be consumed in cafeteria or other permitted areas.
