You will have an undertaking format after the submission of the application.

1. The student shall make payment of fees.
2. The Processing and consultancy fee for admission and scholarship is not refundable/ adjustable in any case.
3. The candidate should apply for admission to the three programs.
4. The candidate must pass the IMAT examination for qualifying for the MD/BDS programs and university entrance exams for Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences and other programs.
5. The candidate must make preparation and qualify for the interview in the Embassy.
6. The candidate must make preparation for English Language Proficiency.
7. The candidate will get verification of SSC/Inter/ Degrees from IBCC, HEC, and Foreign Office.
8. The candidate will submit two recommendation letters, English Proficiency Certificate, Euro Pass CV, Motivational Letter, Undertaking along with academic documents.
9. EduCareer will not be entitled to make any refund in either case;
   a. The candidate withdraws the case at any stage.
   b. The candidate Fails the university entrance test.
   c. The documents of the candidate get found bogus.
   d. The candidate approaches the University for Admission directly after the shared information of the admission process by the EduCareer.
10. The candidate must understand that the admission process means applying for admission in three programs in Italian universities on behalf of him against a processing fee of five hundred Euros and the processing fee shall be justified when admission is processed and emails by the university have been received in his name.
11. The candidate must understand that the scholarship process means applying for the scholarship in any one program in Italian universities on behalf of him against a processing fee of five hundred Euros and the processing fee shall be justified when scholarship application is processed and emails by the university have been received in his name.
12. The candidate will submit my documents, verified by IBCC/ HEC.
13. The candidate must acknowledge that EduCareer is not responsible for his/her visa, travel, stay, study, any issue in Italy.
14. The process/ deal of this consultancy service shall be closed/ completed either the candidates get the admission or scholarship letter or his application is canceled as mentioned in the undertaking.
15. You should submit an undertaking of the acceptance to the terms & conditions of the EduCareer before applying for the consultancy services.
16. The MD candidate can travel to Italy on BS program and wait for result of IMAT before registration of any program in any university in Italy. If candidates register/ enrolls in any program before IMAT, he/ she will loose the opportunity for admission in MD.
17. The candidate can apply for IMAT Exam in Pakistan and change center in Italy.
18. All medical universities conduct test of IMAT in in Italy and the candidate can appear in any university for IMAT exams in Italy.
