The candidates for admission in Malaysia must be eligible as under;

• Matric for admission in Foundation/ Diploma

• Bachelor (4 Years) or BA plus Master Degree for admission in Master/ M. Phil

• The candidates for Ph.D. Scholarship must have two publications for application.
• The candidates for Post-Doc position must be Ph.D.

The candidate will follow these steps;

1) Apply online at Https://EduCareer.edu.pk.2) Deposit Consultancy Registration Fee of PKR 5000 in the Meezan Bank Rast ID 03000654925.

3) Email your detailed CV, and mentioned documents along with Deposit slip to sohail.educareer@gmail.com.

4) EduCareer shall email you for choice of Program and University for admission.

5) You will apply online to university as per guidelines of EduCareer.

6) For Ph.D. Scholarships & Post-Doctorate Position in Malaysia, EduCareer shall refer CV to research experts/ professors of universities for requesting Ph.D. Scholarship and position of Position of Post-Doctorate.

7) The candidate will deposit PKR 20,000/- in the account after submission of application to university for admission in Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor, Master, Ph.D., or Ph.D. Scholarship or position of Post-Doctorate.

8) The candidate will deposit PKR 25,000/- in the account after issuance of offer letter.

The consultancy task for EduCareer, shall be completed after issuance of admission letter.

The EduCareer believes in quality and cost effective consultancy services and  charges consultancy fee as under;

Step 1:

• The candidate shall apply online at website of EduCareer.
• The candidate will email the consultancy registration fee slip and his/her CV and following Documents (Color Scan) to sohail.educareer@gmail.com.

1. Passport size photograph with white background (35mm x 45mm).
2. Your Passport data page (bio-data page which shows your face, name etc), All pages with Visa information. We don’t need all the pages of your passport. If the page is empty, you do not need to submit it.
3. Health Declaration Form: You need to provide copies of all academic records, certificates or transcripts of studies previously undertaken. Some courses have additional entry requirements. For information regarding these additional requirements check the entry requirements provided by your educational institution.If you are coming from a country which is considered to be at a high risk of yellow fever, you will be required to obtain the necessary inoculations before coming to Malaysia. You will be asked to provide your yellow fever vaccination booklet/card before you can clear Immigration at the point of entry.Countries or areas where “a risk of yellow fever transmission is present,” as defined by the World Health Organization, are countries or areas where “yellow fever has been reported currently or in the past, plus vectors and animal reservoirs currently exist” (see the current country list within the International Travel and Health publication (Annex 1) at www.who.int/ith/en/index.html).
4. English Language Requirement

   Most courses in universities in Malaysia are conducted in English, so you need to show your English language competency is good enough for you to be able to participate fully in your course. This means that proficiency in English is a prerequisite for admission.

   When you apply for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) you must demonstrate that you have an acceptable level of English language proficiency, and upload the certificate as part of your application. The English Language tests which are accepted for Student Pass Application are:

   PTE - Academic (Pearson Test of English),
   IELTS (International English Language Testing System),
   TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language),
   CAE (Cambridge English: Advance),
   CPE (Cambridge English: Proficiency), and
   MUET (Malaysian University English Test)

   IMPORTANT! If you do not attach your English language certificate when creating your VAL application, your application processing may be delayed. In addition, you will also not be eligible to receive a student pass for the full duration of your course.

11. Receipt of Application Assessment Fee of PKR 5,000/-

Step 2:

EduCareer shall send confirmation email for acceptance of your case for admission consultancy. 

Step 3:

The candidate shall deposit following fees to proceed the case.

1. EduCareer Consultancy Fee is PKR 50,000/- for all programs.
2. The candidate shall deposit the 50% consultancy fee in advance and rest fee on issuance of admission letter. 
3. The candidate shall apply online at the website of the university and pay the university application processing fee.

Step 4:

1. EduCareer shall follow the admission process in the university.
2. The university takes 6 working weeks for issuance of admission letter if there is no discrepancy.
3. The candidate shall deposit the fee to the university for the  issuance of VAL (Visa Approval Letter) from EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Service).
4. The candidate shall apply for Entry visa along with VAL in his/ her country for Malaysia.
5. The candidate must consult with agent and the international office of the university about his travel plan to avoid any inconvenience and also request for stay and other details.

Post-Arrival Process:

1. The candidate will deposit the university fees of 1st semester along with hostel fee. 

2. Personal Bond

   The Immigration Department requires all education institutions in Malaysia to sign a personal bond on behalf of the candidate, binding the University for a specified sum. To comply with this requirement, the institution will require you to lodge the specified amount for this purpose. This money will be returned to you upon completion or withdrawal of your study in the institution, on condition that there is no violation of any provision of the Immigration laws of Malaysia.

   Note:
   The personal bond form can be submitted after you have arrived in Malaysia for the student pass endorsement. If the personal bond is submitted before the VAL is issued, any errors found will not affect the VAL approval process; however Institutions are advised to make the necessary corrections before the student pass sticker endorsement stage.

3. Medical Screening

   Malaysia has a good healthcare system with a combination of public and private clinics and hospitals. In many of its towns and cities there are also a wide range of alternative treatments available; including osteopathy, naturopathy, homeopathy, Chinese medicine, chiropractic treatments as well as acupuncture.

   Usually, there are costs involved when international students require health services. However, since medical insurance is compulsory for foreign students, you will be covered if you visit a clinic or hospital that is listed on your insurance plan. Most university campuses also have a student health centre that will treat you for common ailments.

   New international students are mandated to undergo the following medical screenings in accordance with the requirements of the Malaysian Ministry of Education. In addition, the medical screening results shall be certified in accordance with the medical screening guidelines set by the Ministry.

   Post-Arrival/In-Country Medical Screening

   (a) New International Students

   New international students are required to attend a medical screening at a panel clinic in Malaysia within 7 working days of their arrival date.

   IMPORTANT:

   EMGS will not be able to initiate the process of student pass endorsement and supporting letter issuance for sticker endorsement purposes in the event that the international students fail to undergo the in-country screening.

4. The candidate will submit the Passport in the University for process of issuance of Student Pass and may get back in 3 working weeks.
5. The candidate will start his/her studies in the university.
6. The candidate will email to EduCareer for his/ her feedback regarding facilitation and services so that EduCareer may be able to look after the student in future as well.
