Annual Objectives (2024-2025)
EduCareer and Ghunchasā unified objectives encapsulates the institute’s commitment to addressing industry needs through the introduction and expansion of WBL diplomas in both emerging technologies and healthcare, while also focusing on partnerships, quality education, and market relevance.
Objective:
Introduce and Expand Work-Based Learning (WBL) Diplomas in Emerging Technology and Healthcare Technology to address the Skilled Human Resource Gap for national and international markets.
Goal:
Launch and enhance WBL Diplomas in cutting-edge areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Blockchain Technology, and specialized healthcare fields like Nursing, Health & Social Care, Medical Laboratory, Radiography, Operation Theatre, Dental, Dialysis Technology, ICU and Anesthesia, and Ophthalmic Technology.
Action Plan:
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with industry leaders, technology firms, and healthcare providers to develop programs that are aligned with current and future market needs. Ensure the integration of the latest technologies and practices to produce industry ready graduates.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Strengthen and expand partnerships with international institutions, such as Ghunchas Research Centre Malaysia, UK Regulatory Bodies to gain global recognition and enhance program credibility.
Seek international accreditation for new programs to increase the employability of graduates.
Faculty and Training: Recruit experienced professionals and academicians to deliver hands-on training and mentorship. Leverage feedback from industry experts to continuously improve program quality.
Student Engagement and Awareness: Launch targeted awareness campaigns to attract students and professionals to these WBL programs. Offer exchange programs and joint research initiatives to provide students and faculty with global perspectives.
Market Research and Program Evaluation: Conduct ongoing market research to identify skill shortages and tailor programs to meet those needs. Monitor the success of graduates in the workforce to refine and improve the programs, ensuring they effectively bridge the skilled human resource gap in regional and national markets.
